RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy applies to all products, including our enclosed mobility scooters, runner scooters, and other mobility solutions.

To start the return process, please contact us at support@hse.oyb.mybluehost.me. Once we receive your request, we will send you return instructions and a shipping address. Please avoid sending your return to the sender address on the package, as we cannot process returns sent there.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—especially in the case of products like mobility scooters—contact us right away. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., personalized mobility scooters). If you have any doubts or concerns about a specific item, please reach out. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your runner scooter or enclosed mobility scooter, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement product.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
